You can order online at buy.filemonade.com, and we can ship to certain zip codes in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Washington & Wyoming.

Carrier fulfillment time (transit time) is anticipated as follows:

Northeast: 2-4 business days

Midwest: 3-5 business days

Southeast: 4-7 business days

West: 6-9 business days

Please note the following rules:

• Must Have someone 21+ Sign for Package – You have 3 chances to be home to sign for the package. Please pay attention to tracking information, and ship to an address where someone 21+ will be available to sign (residential or business address where someone is always there).
• Returned Packages – Refunds are not available if the package is returned after 3 delivery attempts. If the package was returned, you would have to submit a new order to get your products.
• Route.com – If your package is mispacked, damaged, lost or stolen, you can make a claim through Route.com, included in your product purchase. They will re-order for you to replace your Fishers Island Lemonade.
• Include a Phone Number – Please provide a valid phone number with the shipping address so the delivery companies can get in touch with you if needed.
• Reroutes and address changes – We cannot accept reroutes or address changes once the order has been placed. Please put in your correct address (including apartment number or other notes) at your time of purchase.
• No Rush orders – Orders of Fishers Island Lemonade are fulfilled by a third-party, and we cannot ask them to rush shipments. Please plan in advance to get your Fishers in time for gifts or special events.
• Can we ship to your state? – Laws surrounding the shipping of alcohol continue to change, and we may not always be able to accept orders from certain states. We can only ship to areas of the United States at this time.
