There is nothing like a garden-ripe cucumber! Try this refreshing summer cooler using FIL and Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic.

6oz FIL (half can)
3oz Cucumber Fever-Tree Tonic
1 tbsp diced Cucumber
2 Mint Leaves
In the bottom of a tall glass, muddle mint leaves and cucumber.
Fill glasswith ice, pour FIL and top off with half a bottle of cucumber tonic,and stir.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Simply double the recipe to yield 2 servings.
