1. ELIGIBILITY
The Fishers Island Lemonade Tea Time Giveaway is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia. Must be twenty-one (21) years or older to enter. By participating in the Tea Time Giveaway entrants understand and agree to these Official Rules and conditions regarding this Giveaway. To win, entrants must fulfill all requirements outlined on Instagram, with opportunities for additional entries.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Giveaway begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, and ends at 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday, May 21, 2021 (“Giveaway Period”). Winners will be notified and announced on Friday, May 21, 2021 via Instagram direct message.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Enter on Instagram: Look for Fishers Island Lemonade’s Giveaway post from 4/27/21 on the @filemonade account, inviting people to enter for a chance to win several golf-themed prizes. Follow the @filemonade account and like the Giveaway post. Comment on the Giveaway post and tag your favorite golf course and two (2) friends who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each comment with 3 valid tags is an entry.
Earn an additional entry by sharing the original FIL Tea Time Giveaway Instagram post on your public social media account’s story and tag @filemonade to notify. Additionally, you can earn bonus entries with every Instagram story with photos of you playing golf with FIL products or swag (must tag @filemonade).
You must be a registered user of Instagram and follow Fishers Island Lemonade on Instagram in order to enter this Giveaway. Instagram registration is free and can be created by going to www.instagram.com and following the “Sign Up” prompts. Wireless charges for data, etc. are the responsibility of entrants.
All Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period (Tuesday, April 27, 2021, to Friday, May 21, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. EST), and will be the only acceptable and valid Entries. Entry must comply with these Official Rules. At their sole discretion, Fishers Island Lemonade reserves the right to review, reject, delete, or exclude an entry for any reason, including any content which FIL deems inappropriate.
4. GIVEAWAY DRAWING
Twenty-one (21) potential winners of the three (3) prize levels will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021, in a random drawing to identify winning commenters (must Like @filemonade, and stories will be taken into account as bonus entries). The decisions made by Fishers Island Lemonade are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. If the winner does not respond to a comment and Direct Message (DM) notification within forty-eight (48) hours, another winner will be selected.

The total of all prizes is valued at $720 (does not include tax and shipping).
If the winners cannot accept the prize as specified, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered. If any portion of the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Fishers Island Lemonade reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The Prize winner will be offered pick-up, delivery, or shipping, depending on their geographic location. Once the prize items are in the possession of the winner, any service or other fees associated with the items are the responsibility of the prize winner.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via Comment Tag and Direct Message (DM) on Instagram and will be required to respond to @filemonade within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time period, prizes will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond within the forty-eight (48) hour time frame.
Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, they are a US resident, and they follow the @filemonade Instagram account. If they meet the requirements, the potential winner will be declared an official winner(s) of the Giveaway. If Fishers Island Lemonade cannot verify that the potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected.
Fishers Island Lemonade is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless data or service, a technical failure on a computer or cell phone, or a change in an entrant’s Instagram account which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information. Fishers Island Lemonade is also not responsible for a change in the potential winner’s email, phone number, or address that may result in an issue with the delivery of the prize items.
7. PUBLICITY
By entering and/or accepting a prize, you grant Fishers Island Lemonade exclusive permission to share your name, Instagram account, geographic location (Town, State), photo, and any other information tied to the Entry to promote the Tea Time Giveaway and any other promotion associated with the Fishers Island Lemonade brand. Fishers Island Lemonade, their staff, and contractors (brand ambassadors and photographers) may use your name or likeness for any legal purpose. Any legal purpose may include: social media posts and stories, content on filemonade.com or partner websites, media announcements, digital and print advertisements, and more, all of which are royalty-free.

8. MISCELLANEOUS
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Giveaway [creation, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of both parties] shall be directed to Fishers Island Lemonade, and not to Instagram or individual members. The Giveaway will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
